Controller Stick Drift Repair & TMR Upgrades
Stick drift happens because standard joysticks wear out. Replacing them with the same parts only resets the clock. We fit magnetic TMR and Hall Effect sticks instead, so the drift doesn't come back.
PS5 DualSense TMR upgrade
Both sticks replaced with TMR (tunnel magnetoresistance) sticks, then calibrated and tested so they centre perfectly.
Xbox controller Hall Effect sticks
Magnetic Hall Effect sticks fitted to Xbox controllers to end drift.
Button, trigger & bumper repairs
Sticky buttons, worn triggers and bumpers that no longer click.
Shells, grips & lighting
Replacement shells, grips and matching Ring of Light colours to finish a custom build.
Standard controller sticks track movement with parts that rub against each other. Over time they wear, and that wear is what causes drift. TMR and Hall Effect sticks measure movement with magnets, so nothing rubs and nothing wears out.
TMR sticks also use less power than Hall Effect sticks and feel smooth and precise. It's a worthwhile upgrade even before drift starts.

1 videoCommon questions
01
Will the drift come back?
Not from wear. TMR and Hall Effect sticks use magnets instead of rubbing contacts, so they don't wear out the way standard sticks do.
02
What's the difference between TMR and Hall Effect?
Both use magnets. TMR sticks are newer, use less power, and are generally more precise. We use TMR on PS5 DualSense controllers.
03
Which controllers do you work on?
PS5 DualSense and Xbox controllers most often. Ask about yours on the booking form.
04
Can I mail my controller in?
Yes. Book it as a mail-in and we'll reply with shipping details. Controllers are small and inexpensive to ship.
