Storage upgrades
Bigger hard drives for your games, saves and homebrew.

Controller repair
Stick drift fixed with Hall Effect sticks, plus button, bumper and grip repairs.
RGH3 is the cleanest way to mod an Xbox 360 today. It doesn't need a separate glitch chip, so the install is smaller and has fewer wires to fail over time. On Corona boards, which hide the POST point, we use a Post Fix Adapter for a solid connection.
Every console is opened, inspected and logged before any work starts. If something else needs attention, like a dried-out thermal paste job or a failing fan, we'll tell you and quote it before doing anything.

Common questions
01
Which Xbox 360 models can be RGH3 modded?
Most Phat and Slim consoles, including the Trinity and Corona Slims we work on most. The main exceptions are the earliest Phat boards (Xenon) and the Xbox 360 E. Send us your console's model or a photo of the label on the back and we'll confirm before you ship it.
02
Can you fix the red ring of death?
Often, yes. The red ring is a symptom with several possible causes, so we diagnose it first and send you a quote. Nothing is repaired until you approve the price.
03
Will a modded Xbox 360 get banned from Xbox Live?
Connecting an RGH console to official Xbox Live services can get it banned, so we recommend keeping a modded console away from them. We'll explain how when you pick it up.
04
Do you install games?
No. We install mods so you can run homebrew and use media you legally own. We don't provide or install pirated games or copyrighted firmware.
05
Can I mail my Xbox 360 in?
Yes. Fill out the booking form, choose Mail-in, and we'll reply with shipping details. We ship it back with tracking once it's done and tested.
