PicoBoot - DOL101

PicoBoot installed in a DOL-101 GameCube, the later revision without the digital AV port. PicoBoot is a small RP2040-based modchip that runs at power-on, so the console boots straight into homebrew like Swiss.

No boot disc or exploit is needed. It's a clean, internal install that's invisible once the shell is closed.
