V-Force Grills Foam Lock - Design + Print

A custom part, designed and 3D printed in-house to lock the foam into the V-Force grilles and keep it in place.

We modelled it to fit, test-printed and refined it, then printed the final pieces. It's a good example of the one-off functional parts we can design from scratch when nothing off the shelf exists.
